WHO WE ARE
We are the founders and directors of Beyond Doing Institute – an institute devoted to the development of Intelligence of Humanness™.
Beyond Doing did not emerge as a rebrand.
It evolved.
Before the Institute, there were Abundance Witches.
We remain Abundance Witches.
Not as branding.
Not as performance.
But as an archetype that continues to inform our work.
THE ARCHETYPE
For us, the Abundance Witch represents a human being who:
- does not split into “acceptable” and “authentic”
- remains connected to inner truth within complexity
- perceives beyond surface structure
- lives from wholeness rather than adaptation
- allows others the same integrity.
It is an archetype of internal sovereignty.
Of structural authenticity.
Of embodied perception.
The Abundance Witch is not rebellion.
It is coherence.
THE ARCHETYPE IN COMPLEX SYSTEMS
In corporate environments, educational institutions and public systems,
the word “Witch” carries an unexpected function.
It creates permission.
Permission to be perceptive.
Permission to be whole.
Permission to remain internally aligned while operating inside structured systems.
When we stand visibly as both:
- structurally rigorous
- and archetypally sovereign
others often discover they can integrate more of themselves as well.
Even in environments defined by responsibility, performance and artificial intelligence,
we do not abandon the archetype.
It reminds us – and others – that development does not emerge from deeper adaptation.
It emerges from deeper integration.
WHY “ABUNDANCE”
The name also carries tribute.
Across history, individuals — often women, but also men and children — were silenced or punished for being perceptive, different, sovereign or self-trusting.
Abundance Witches today does not represent opposition.
It represents return.
A return to:
- inner authority
- embodied intelligence
- perceptual depth
- self-trust
- wholeness expressed.
Abundance is not accumulation.
It is integrity made visible.
OUR EVOLUTION
As our work expanded into complex systems – education, organizations, leadership development –
the structural dimension of what we were doing became clear.
Human development required architecture.
This led to the articulation of Human Architecture™
and the formal development of Intelligence of Humanness™ as a structural competency.
Beyond Doing Institute is the institutional evolution of the same core principle:
Human wholeness is not softness.
It is advanced capacity.

Her strength lies in enabling internal coherence

She holds that humanness does not disappear in complexity
when it is structurally developed.
